Conditions that can be helped with SoleEze Spring Loaded Insoles
Back
pain - Especially lower back pain, can be caused by the stress and strain
of every day walking and standing. The Shock Absorbing heel in SoleEze
Spring Loaded Insoles, in conjunction with thick forefoot cushioning, reduces
impact to the body, acting as a shock absorber for your body.
Hip, Knee and Ankle Pain - as we age the natural shock absorbers of our body, the fat pad under the heel and the ball of the foot, dissipate. The SoleEze Spring Loaded Insoles enhance the shock absorption of these fat pads, and reduce impact to the body, acting as a shock absorber for the body.
Plantar Fasciitis - a painful condition which is caused by inflammation of
the Fasciitis (the thick, fibrous band of tissue that reaches from the heel to
the toes, supporting the muscles at the bottom of the foot). Contributing
factors for Plantar Fasciitis can be, overweight, spending long hours on your
feet each day, Rheumatoid Arthritis or Lupus, changing between high-heels and
flat shoes, wearing shoes that do not have adequate arch support or have thin
soles. SoleEze Spring Loaded Insoles can help with many of these
contributing factors and can help to alleviate the pain of Plantar Fasciitis.
Heel Spurs also contribute to heel pain. When stress is put on the plantar
fascia ligament it not only can cause Plantar Fasciitis, but it can also
cause a heel spur to form where the plantar fascia attaches to the heel
bone. This action will result in the formation of a hooked, pointed bone
fragment that grows forwards from the bottom of the heel bone. The heel
spur can cause severe heel pain as it digs through soft, sensitive tissue on
the bottom of the foot.
SoleEze Insoles can help to cushion the Heel Spur, and relieve the pain from this condition.
Over-Pronation (Flat Feet) - a common problem that occurs when a person's arch collapses upon
weight bearing. This flattening of the skeletal framework of the foot can place
stress on the plantar fascia, the thick, fibrous band of tissue that reaches
from the heel to the toes, causing painful inflammation. It can also lead to
other foot problems, like heel spurs, tendonitis, or bunions. Often people with
naturally low arches never experience discomfort. However, when symptoms
develop and become painful, walking becomes awkward and causes increased strain
on the feet and calves. The Orthotic in the SoleEze Insoles helps to
support the arch, the heel cushioning can help with other foot problems that
can be caused by Over-Pronation such as Heel Spurs, can be alleviated with the
cushioning heel springs.
Achilles
Tendonitis - the large tendon at the back of the leg that inserts into the
heel, can cause a shooting, burning, or piercing pain. Achilles Tendonitis is a
common problem experienced by athletes, although prolonged periods of standing
can also cause symptoms. Any activities that repeatedly stress the tendon can
cause inflammation, including over-pronating (foot rolling inwards) when you
walk, wearing improper shoes, or inadequate stretching prior to athletic
activity. SoleEze Insoles can help to reduce stress on your heel and the
orthotic can correct the over-pronation.
Degenerative Disc Disease - is the term used to describe the normal changes in your
spinal discs as you age. Spinal discs are soft, compressible discs that
separate the vertebrae that make up the spine. The discs act as shock absorbers
for the spine, allowing it to flex, bend, and twist. Degenerative disc disease
can take place throughout the spine; however, it most often occurs in the discs
in the lower back (lumbar region) and the lower part of the neck (cervical
region). The shock-absorbing heel in SoleEze Spring Loaded Insoles and
the forefoot springs, reduce impact to the body by up to 50% compared to most
footwear. The orthotic also promotes good posture, which relieves further
stress on your back.
Pain and Injury to the Legs - including the hips, knees and ankles, may be helped in
a variety of ways by SoleEze Spring Loaded Insoles. The shock-absorbing springs in the heel
reduces impact to painful joints by up to 50%, compared to conventional insoles and footwear. The orthotic built into each
shoe helps to further stabilize the foot. When the foot does not over-pronate
(roll in) or supinate (roll out), the knees, ankles and hips are less prone to twist.
